Beach Cottage B&B Inverness was originally an old fisherman’s cottage and has been extended and refurbished to a high standard with two en-suite rooms, the Moray and the Beauly. Moray is in the new part of the cottage and has French doors with a Juliet balcony and offers panoramic views of the Moray Firth from Inverness to the South West around to Fort George and Chanonry Point to the North East. Beauly is in the old part of the cottage and offers similar views which can be seen from the comfort of seats in the bay window.

The bottlenose dolphins feed at Chanonry Point when the tide is coming back in and from April to October you can see them from the cottage as well as the seals. The sea otters are often seen feeding, playing or occasionally walking onto the beach.

Moray has an en-suite with a bath and over bath shower and a king size bed (5′ x 6′ 6″). Beauly has an en-suite with a shower and a king size bed (5′ x 6′ 6″). Both rooms are fully equipped including 32 inch TV, tea and coffee making facilities, silent fridge and free WiFi. Beauly is in the original part of the cottage and the ceiling has wooden beams. The shower in the en-suite has a reduced height and may not be suitable for guests approaching 6 feet tall.

Beach Cottage is located between Inverness City Centre and Inverness Airport, 6 miles from both, 5 miles from Culloden Battlefield, 10 miles from Fort George & The Highlanders Museum and 19 miles from the world famous Loch Ness and Nessie the Loch Ness Monster. The nearest restaurant is 4 miles from the B&B and there is no access to public transport therefore having a car is necessary.
